Dee-Ann LeBlanc is a Linux trainer and writer with twelve books (spanning in range from her latest "Linux for Dummies, 5th Edition," to more complex topics such as "Linux Routing") and over one-hundred articles to her credit. She has been involved with Linux since 1994 and is all too aware of the pains of trying to make the leap from Windows to Linux, while still getting things done. Dee-Ann is also an editor with LinuxWorld Magazine, and a founding member of the AnswerSquad (www.answersquad.com), a technical support service.
